Uh, thank you for having me back. It's so good to see you.

Yes, it's been a while, and um you reach out saying that you really have to to talk to me. There is a message, important message you want to share with the world. And um it doesn't, it cannot wait any longer. And even if you knew about this message a while back, uh you waited for the right time to share it. So please go ahead. Let's start with the the heavy lifting.

Okay, well, I appreciate uh the platform to be able to share this message. So here's where it comes from. As you may know, as my colleague and my friend, and some of you listening may know that I am an angel incarnate, and I say that with bravery and vulnerability, because it's not something you hear every day. And I know that that's who I am because uh when I was four, I had my first near-death experience, and I went to the other side, and that's what I learned about myself as part of that experience, as well as other out-of-body experiences, near-death experiences, meditations, etc., all throughout my life. I have been shown the future of this world in uh pretty succinct, detailed visions throughout my life. These visions, these prophecies have been told to me or shown to me in a way that they the angelic guides have said, hey, listen, we're gonna show these to you over and over so you're sure about what you're seeing, but we're gonna tell you when it's time to tell the world. And when it's time to tell the world, everybody's gonna be ready to hear it. So here it is. At this time in the world, we are all ready to hear it because we have been feeling this spiritual internal itch. And that itch seems to be that we know fundamentally that something is not right, and that something that's not right is that that there's more to us, there's more to this earth dimension, and we've always known it, but the thing is, we're ready for more information, we're ready to break the codes, we're ready for more, and that's what this message is. So as I share it, I'm sharing this from the council of the galactics, from the angelic councils, from the ultraterrestrials, everybody, including everyone listening, because everyone listening has taken part in these meetings in some way because we're all multidimensional. Excuse me, my nose itches. So here we go. The systems that we know here on earth are starting to pull apart, and what we get to understand is that pretty soon, like this summer, 2026, we will have a great disclosure, let's call it worldwide disclosure, that um will happen all at once. And let's say who's gonna do it? Well, let's get back to that in a minute. Let's talk about what's gonna happen first. All at once, our frequencies, what buzzes inside of us, is going to be raised all at once, and when that happens, our consciousness, we will all of a sudden understand what's been hidden from us. We will remember, and what we're going to remember, our awareness, we're going to know all of a sudden all of these truths. These are the things that I'm telling you, like, ah, we kind of knew that already. And then we're going to be faced with a choice: are we scared? Do we bury our heads, or do we walk into it and say, okay, what do we get to create together now? That'll be the key. Some of the things that we will be made aware of suddenly is that the fourth dimension, the spirit dimension, has been with us, on top of us, integrated with us the whole time. How that's going to play out is we will be able to see angels, low dimensional frequencies, like demons, spirits walking amongst us. Okay. So, like right now in my office, I have my grandmother right here. I have an angel right here. You have beings in your office. I have dead people right here. I have, I have uh entities. Well, it's not always appropriate for me to see those because I have to do my job. Or I don't want to see them. But when the frequency is raised, I will be able to see them, not just in my mind's eye, or when I'm tuning into that frequency, but all the time. So they will be walking amongst us. It's going to feel like a movie, but it's real. We will also be able to understand and see that those beings that walk amongst us that are, let's say, our teachers, our doctors, our politicians, our bakers, uh people who know that inside they are angelic or extraterrestrial, reptilian per se, and they have been changing their vibration to look human, they will no longer do that. So where it might have been a plan at one point to gradually gradually ease into those things, it'll be just like that. We will also understand that we are not bound to this place, that this earth is a hologram, and that this is indeed what we've been calling a simulation. What we must understand is that we created this simulation. Consciousness belongs to all of us, and that through our choices, we created this place. We've got to remember that because when all of this is turned up all of a sudden, it may be used to scare us. There is a motive behind it that if our frequency is turned up all of a sudden, it's going to scare us and move us toward wanting us to be shepherded again, comforted, and move us back into moving toward our authority figures that we have always thought we needed the systems, the government, the churches. However, what they have shown me in my visions throughout my life is that when all of this awakening happens, we're all turned up and we all are aware, we know, we feel, we see. Oh, yeah, I knew that. And when we have that moment of what do we do now? We realize, oh, everything we need is not outside. So we don't go into lines for church or this or that or that. Even those things are good, they're tools. What we do is we turn within ourselves and realize, oh, everything we have is within us. The light we need, the love we need is already embedded in us. Because when they lift our frequency, what the world order, those who are trying to keep us down, what they'd underestimate is that they're also raising our frequency to remember we are source within. And when they provide us with um possibly something projected in the sky, like, okay, here's what you know now. And so here's what, okay, and you're scared, so follow this. Here's the next step. Follow this, come back to the flock. There will be enough people that will say, uh, no, that feels old. That feels like the old way. We're not gonna do that. We're gonna stand firm. I know who I am now, and so that creates more movement into the revolution that we're already doing right now as we speak. The systems are already falling apart, they are pulling apart, and we are building processes as source embodied to recreate the systems right now. So, very soon, in the next couple of months, we're going to have this upgrade in frequency that is meant to sabotage us, but it will not. So, we have this cracking open of spirituality that's going to change this version of Earth because there have been many versions of Earth. But instead of breaking us, it opens us up.

So, in other words, those who are already awakened for them will be confirmation for everything they've been doing and the work they've done on themselves. For the other ones, they might have a little bit of remembrance and they will decide if they shift towards more light, or are they gonna stay into the low vibration and still waiting for the powers to be to show them the guidance and the direction? Is it going to be any clash between and anger between these two categories? Because during the COVID era and timeline, those who follow the orders got very mad with those who didn't. Uh, and there is no animosity from the other side towards those who were following um the government, let's say, guidelines. So, how are we going to interact with each other this time around?

What's different about this time is everyone's frequency will be altered. Everyone's. And what is seen out in the world, reality is changed. So people will see the hologram of reality around them. And though that will be to varying degrees, everyone will be changed. Everyone will be in will see spirit to some degree, everyone will be able to hear animals communicate to some degree. Um now the the scale to that, let's talk about the body's ability to heal. Those who are already doing that work, they'll experience possibly someone could experience immediate healing. Someone who is still in limiting belief about that, well, they're gonna take a while and that's okay. And so just like in times of COVID, you know, we're still gonna have that that difference of of beliefs, but that's not bad because we came here on earth to have difference of opinions. What is being reset, my friend, is that this iteration of earth in its beginning, we built it collectively so we could have a dimension where we came here to experience the play of separateness. So we could be in these different avatars, these different situations, play in that field, so that when we're done with that, we come back together into the collective consciousness. That and also while we're separate, we have these uh episodes, these times of okay, while we're separate, let's fight, let's experience hunger, let's let's experience conflict. Those that's the deal of Earth. But throughout these incarnations, it's gotten too dark, it's been infiltrated, it's been corrupted by other populations. We'll bring in the reptilians, it's been corrupted by too much war, too much hunger. And so part of this will also be a reset, if we want, to the original purpose or mission of Earth, which was to experience the play of separation, so source can grow, and also to have a dimension where we could have the texture of darkness so we could appreciate the light instead of so much darkness that it's hard to interpret the light. That's a really interesting question. Now, if we look at this technically, the vibration that will be enhanced is actually ours. It comes from the source DNA. That's where it originates. How it is amplified will come from the matrix or the hologram that that we live in. And it will be amplified by um people in human bodies. It will be amplified by the world order. So they will do something in our grid that will work with our biology, our human biology. It will go into our brains, into our neuroplasticity. It they may use nanotech, they'll use biowarfare. So they'll work with our brains, with our body, but what they'll actually heighten is our original vibration. What they're trying to do is create something that's so high it's gonna fry us, but it won't, because there's no way that that source energy could ever be so high and bright that it that it would be too much for us.

And in fact, I wanted to ask you about that because based on my own experience and hearing from others, it took me months, almost the entire year, for my nervous system to adapt to higher levels of energy coming through my body. So if this type of jolt comes suddenly and people are not, or their nervous system is not adapted, they might get uh fried.

Yes, I agree. Um, I've been checking on that for the last uh six or seven years uh or so. Um, I'll call it spot checking. Um, wherever I've been living, whether it's neighborhood or towns, I've been looking at the population to with that exact question. Um, and what they have shown me, what the angels have shown me, is that everyone here at this time who's going to be part of this upgrade, which is literally everyone, every blade of grass, every piece of every bit of mycelium, every every atom, everything has made a contract, has made an agreement that what they receive will match them, match their frequency, what they have agreed to. So even if we see someone who's in freakout mode, that's just what they're showing. That's their physical body processing. But everyone has worked with their council, with their guides to map out what is best for them. So this is all in play.

Interesting. And how will this upgrade um going to affect the uh existing uh military conflicts? Are they going to dim down? Uh, are the people at the top going to disappear, being taken in a different reality dimension, whatever, just to you know get rid of them and have peace on earth?

SPEAKER_00 18:40

They are part of this, they are part of the pulling apart. So depending on what lens you look through, one one layer here is war will always be part of earth. Always, because that's what we wrote in. There should be a layer of earth that always has hunger and war because that's what we come here to experience. But it is part of the texture. We come here, some of us sign up and say, This time I will be the fighter. This time I will not be, this time I will be the abuser, this time I will be the victim. There should always be some texture of low frequency. So some of that will always be there, and that's part of what the reset will be. Now, the fact that that war right now is I'm hearing from an angel, too much, too much war. Those involved who are creating war possibly as a distraction, and to some are killing for the sake of killing, or they are fighting and they don't know why, or they're being forced to fight, those elements of war, those cannot be alchemized yet unless we get to the reason why. And so what's happening here is those who are victims of that, the angels are saying they will be let loose and set free as part of this, and some of it will be rebellion. So when their frequency is lifted, raised, they will be able to stand up and say no more. Now, some of those people, depending on where they are, their sacred contract is when they rebel, they will be shot down. And so their part is there will be a great exodus of death. And so they will help from another dimension. They may even be born into an infant body and be part of the revolution in that way. There will also be a great um exodus of consciousness. So many people who are leading wars will start a new uh party throughout the world. They will re-rewrite ethics, standards, benchmarks, things like that, belief systems. So that's as much as I've been shown. We're also going to see a great turnover in leadership. We're going to see a lot of leadership physically go underground, and then their resources will be cut off. We won't hear of them anymore, but they will not be around. Um, and I don't have a lot of information about that because some of that goes. Um, if I'm watching this like a TV show, it goes static and then black. That's usually my sign for gone.

Interesting. And talking about help, have you been told how much help are we going to get? From our alien friends, or are we on our own?

SPEAKER_00 22:05

We are not on our own. We've never been on our own. The the agreement with our otherworldly friends, including our friends that are inner earth friends, because we have them. The deal is they've always helped us within the veil, incognito, we'll say. And some of that is part of the contract, incognito. Some of it is because we simply forgot that we have help. We because part of our indoctrinated belief is we're either too egotistical to have help, to ask for help, um, or we've been told we're not worthy for help. Or if you want it, you have to earn it, earn help. There's a lot of limiting beliefs about help and receiving help. The other thing is there was there is a timeline of when they're coming in to help on their end, because when they have assisted before, there have been agreements made with various governments. So when they've made agreements with the world government, that's one thing that's always been positive. But then when they go into smaller governments, sometimes those get um, they are not honored. So when they've offered resources, or it's been um word, my my word is my bond, or a handshake, they they have not been honored. And so they've simply said, we will watch from over here and we'll be honored, we'll we'll honor our agreement when we feel safe. So this is a different time because all of us here with boots on the ground, what they're feeling from us is every time we've said we need help and we really mean it, they've been hearing that as a prayer, as a request, and they've been watching us also not kill bugs and be kind to animals and raise our children differently. They're seeing us act differently than we did, and they're helping us and not the people who are abusing children, and they're helping us and not the people who are abusing systems. So they're not going to be making agreements with the same people they made agreements with before. They're saying we will be boots on the ground. They're helping differently. They're also going to be helping with a different kind of exodus. So, yes, some people are going to be dying because that's what they chose, but also I noticed at some point in the next few years that there are massive ships coming to simply take people away. This is very peaceful. Um, these ships are massive. A couple of the ships are transportation ships and they're taking people to Lemuria, um, different different planets that look like they are origin planets. So when people come first from source, it's like their first life, their first place of origin where they were they were first homed, first lived. Souls can choose to go back there. And then I saw a few ships that are so enormous, it kind of reminds me of like Dubai or Atlantis, even. And people can choose to live there as well. I saw Earth was still um healthy as well, because in that particular vision, and I was there in one of them, and I saw this beautiful ship that was this ship was about as big as two football fields and a metal that was gorgeous, but I didn't recognize it. It was kind of a matte grayish metal, and people were being lifted up into the ship on their backs, they were awake, but on their backs. And after it was done, I stayed on earth and I turned to an older woman that I knew, and I said, Well, what do you want to do now? Everyone there was really peaceful, and it was just like, Well, where should we plant the garden?

Beautiful. And you mentioned about increase of consciousness and uh raising awareness to who we are, but from a technological point of view, are we going to regress and start all over with a much uh beautiful and simpler earth? Or even from this perspective, uh, they are going to help us out.

It looks like um there are some places where some of the galactic helpers are picking up. There are some big cities where AI is taking over the land and they're picking some of that up and taking it with them as if they're disposing it. And then the earth is reworked. So we still will be utilizing technology quite a bit. It'll be for water purification, hydroponics. Yes, technology will be big here. Um and for education, yes, I do see a lot of technology, but not the way it is now. That it's it's it's alien tech. They don't love that, but I'm gonna say alien tech, it's different, and for healing as well. I also noticed that after this vibrational shift, this is one of the really big changes that will be strange to hear now, but let me tell everybody it's gonna be okay. This is hard to believe, but it's gonna be okay. People don't have their same jobs. People do not have their same jobs. So, something that is a good thing to think about right now. Tell your thinking mind, your ego, that when this feels scary, tell your ego to like go have a snack or something. Go color something, go do something lovely, not a chore. Do something lovely. Because what you get to do right now is dream about like when you're little, what's the thing you wanted to do more than anything? What is your skill? What is your talent? Because that's what we're going to be moving toward. We finally get to do those things instead of what are the things you fell into? What did you end up doing because there was nothing else for you? Or what did your parents tell you you should do because what you love to do? Somebody said, Well, that's just a hobby. So you ended up doing this instead. People will be able to move into their passions. And I noticed that people will be working for just a couple, working, collaborating for just a couple hours a day. And it's all community-based. I noticed people, even shy people, had a lot of time by themselves, but it was easy to be in communities. Communities were smaller, and people were still driving cars and stuff. It's not, I mean, it was pretty modern and it was clean and beautiful. And I was walking around and I didn't have allergies anymore. I noticed things like that, and my legs didn't hurt when it rained. That was another thing. They were showing me stuff about my physical body because they're like, listen, listen, honey, we know we gave you a lot in this body because we wanted you to know how it felt different, how you felt differently after the big change. I was like, thanks for giving me menopause at five years old. Thanks. Like, but we wanted you to feel how good it's gonna feel after this vibrational shift. So I didn't have allergies, I didn't have achy legs when it was raining, um, all of those things, didn't have sinus headaches.

Yeah, interesting. And the reason I ask you about um new technologies is because recently, I know if you heard uh in the news, of course, not the official news, the mass uh the mainstream media, but a lot of people have um like scientists or working in people who are working in high-sensitive fields, they just perished or disappeared suddenly. And it's a high number of them in a very short period of time. So, do you think this is a way of preventing new technologies that don't require, you know, um oil and uh drilling and um environment destruction to come forward?

SPEAKER_00 31:23

I'm gonna ask a brave question. I'm gonna ask if they were something bad happened to them or if they were relocated to another dimension. I mean, we know they're probably on another dimension anyway. First of all, am I safe to ask that question on an interview? Yes, thank you. Are these beautiful scientists and experts? Did something happen to them? I mean, negatively, were they attacked? Yes. Okay. That was my feeling. Are they all together in another dimension? Yes. May I talk to all of them as a counsel? Yes, thank you. They're like all seated together eating like funyins and cheese popcorn and saying, Oh, the chemicals don't hurt us here. They're eating junk food, that's funny. So they're saying their work now continues and that they are rewriting code, they're rewriting the the next iteration of Earth, and they're saying that this time there will be no reset reset button. And when they hit the reset button from from before, it's like I saw um a mushroom cloud. And they said, Is that right? Hold on, they showed me a mushroom cloud, and then it's like the next day, it feels like the next day people just went to work and they didn't know what happened. Is that right? Yes, cover-ups. They said that will not be necessary again because and it won't be possible because people will remember no memory wipes, and the delicious food they're eating, like Cheetos and stuff. Um, no one will have a taste for it. No, it's impossible. But things will be delicious like that, but natural, and they're helping from over there, and it will be possible for them to come back. And they're showing me like a Star Trek episode, like boom, beam me down, beam me up. They said, We're not done. They can't keep us down. We'll be back. Anyone from over here will be back because we're in holo, we're holograms. Yes, and then someone showed me a holograph. They said, This is my signature. My name's on this. What my name is on will not go away. They'll find it, they'll find my research is still there. This is mine, my holograph. I guess a holograph they're saying is their signature. My holograph is in the hologram, my data is in the hologram.

Yes, and I like the uh short time frame you mentioned uh this summer because uh the powers to be might not have enough time to release all the other diseases they uh they are planning for us, or the digital ID, or restrict um flights and travel and uh put us in into kind of a cage.

Yeah, it's something like on 6, 626 and the 4th of July, and then something on August 12th.

Well, pretty close. It's good that I'm doing my traveling before that.

And what else are you encountering these days when you are dealing with with your clients? Any particular worries they have, any particular clearing you have to do? And something wild I heard these days. Uh, the first one is that even the Akashic records have been altered in time. Is that true?

SPEAKER_00 35:39

Hmm. Friends, may I have access to the Akashic records, please? Well, as I go in, I'll tell you that there's no the level of the karmic wheel is not moving anymore. I'll tell you that. And I'm just gonna go into I'm okay, so I'm walking by all of the libraries in the heavenly realm. I'm going into the Akashic Library, which for me looks like the Harry Potter, like a like the Beauty and the Beast library or the Harry Potter library. I just love it in there. And the first thing I notice is that all of the books are perfectly placed, and it's usually kind of like I would say messy in there, but it looks like people have been reading, and it doesn't look that way. It's perfectly organized, and there are no books out on a cart, like they'd be put away. Um, loves what's the meaning of this? You can access, but no books are taken out. Okay, and anyone can access as always there the time all timelines have come into one. All timelines have come into one, and so the Akashic records are behaving differently. These books have all been uploaded into one, and they're walking me into this room that looks like a um wow. Um, it's I'm going into like a basement with them, and this looks like a crystal room. It reminds me of like a Superman when you go into Krypton. Um, it's all crystal and beautiful. And they said, This is the timeline. This is the one timeline, and it is still shifting. It's like crystals are growing. Okay, and then one of the tour guide there, or the I don't know what to call you, I'm the angel of the Akash, says this is the frequency of the timeline, and this is why you're seeing crystals formulate spalagmites and spalactites. And there's a connection to a portal in the Vatican. That's interesting. I don't know anything about that, but someone might want to sit with that. That's interesting. Okay, and then I also wanted to tell you, Claudia, that when I was walking by the Akashic Records Library, I saw the healing platform in the heavenly realm that sometimes I reference where there's a line of people that have passed that want to go stand there and kind of like wash off gunk. I didn't notice a lot of people doing that, but I noticed a lot of people that were living, they like to go there and they still have their silver cord. That place was packed. I've never seen it so packed. That's really interesting to me. And I would like to ask them about that really quick because it seems pertinent. Okay, they said people do not have as much to upload into the Akashic records because all the timelines are blended into one, but people are more are in their sleep time. They have already done the therapeutic work when they're awake, talking to each other, therapy, being kinder to themselves, etc. So when they sleep, they are uploading the energy, not the stories, but the energy, and they're going to the healing platform and they're like wiping it off instead of afterlife, not as much to do after life. And instead of one line, I saw like they're line, they're going up in pairs or threes, and they're doing it like they're wiping off each other.

And Rachel, we have so uh many distractions uh these day days. Was Artemis 2 one of them with uh so-called uh trip to trip around the moon? There are so many CGI um glitches there that uh I personally think it was another distraction.

SPEAKER_00 41:15

Yeah, it was a distraction. I I wished to say something different, but it was a distraction. Um, I'm hearing oh who is this speaker who's speaking to me in my right ear loves? Oh wow, it's Rachmaninoff. I've never talked to him before. He says the right hand, the right hand is always moving. You've got to watch the left. Watch the left hand of the piano, he says. It's all distraction. He says, um, this is Rokmananoff, the composer, and he says, I was political, you know, but no one knew. I knew the art of distraction, and he just winked. I didn't know that about him. I don't know if anybody did. He says, yes, there's so he's and he's saying he's giving me a percentage. He says 98% of what's happening is is distraction. 98%? My word. Interesting. And he says, but don't let it stop your trusting hearts. Just be just be businesslike with your brain, keep your heart open. He says, it didn't take my heart. I'm still a musician. I still, I still, and he says, and I love Gershwin. I still dance to Gershwin and the Beach Boys. He says, but just be smart. And then um Archangel Gabriel comes back to say, not everything is a conspiracy theory, not everything is truth. He says, This is you you wrote, you all wrote this in to the hologram so that you would have a chance that when you see something, you would say, okay, what is out there that I need to know? And then go within. Practice what feels like a yes, what feels like a no, because this is what you need to practice before the vibrational shift. The vibrational shift will feel like a yes in the heart. And then the next thing that the world government will show you is a no. They're going to beam something in the sky. Rachel speaking, I believe this is Project Bluebeam. I'm going to Check that with them. Are you referencing Project Blue Beam? Yes. So after we have the vibrational boop shift, then depending on where we live in the world, they're going to show Buddha, Jesus, and what they have added recently, what I hear from the uh ultraterrestrials, they will also create some sort of extraterrestrial event. They are deciding right now if it's going to be a scary event or a joyful event. They have not decided. If it's in the sky, religious or extraterrestrial, don't follow. Do not follow. Because why? Everything we have is inside of us. We'd never need anything external. Ever. We don't need a Bible. We don't need an emulate. You don't need an angel. I'm just sharing the message. We don't need anything. We're just sharing the messages. That's why when we talk about three days of darkness or a blackout, which is going to be part of this, it's not to punish, it's not to scare. We wrote it in because it gives us a chance to go quiet and realize, okay, I have time to think. We have time to think. So we get to prepare for that, have a little bit of food and water ready, get some solar charging stuff, and then the lights will come back on. The light will come back on. And we begin again.

Now, what I want to say, in addition to that, though, is depending on where you live, if you live in a city or you live in an unsafe place and you're on the ground floor or something, you you might want to have some things to cover your windows because when people get scared, they spiral. If you have a business and you think your business is going to get looted, you need to prepare for that because we know that every behavior has a reason. And when people are scared, they do scary things. So I do want to say that. And if you take a medicine that needs refrigerated, you want to make sure that you have a cooler and ice. You want to do your research if you have a freezer or something. How long does that freezer stay cold if you don't open it? Do do those things. Go to Goodwill. Are there some camping supplies that you can get for really inexpensive? Do those things. Go to TikTok college. How are they? How do you make candles? Have fun with that stuff, but you don't, we're not going to do it in panic mode because your vibration is already lifting. Do this as an adventure. This is a side quest in our timeline.

Everything. That's the point. We are my brother. We are waiting for everything to disappear. That's the goal. We want everything to disappear. Take it. Take it. I mean, as a mom, if my children disappeared, that would break my heart. But I'm still me. If I forgot my if I had Alzheimer's and I forgot who I am, I'm still me. Because who am I at the core? I'm Source. Now I don't remember Source because I've been here too long. But I would still be Source, and Source would remember me. That's the goal. We are stripping away the things that don't matter. My kids matter, but see, if they were taken away from me, guess what? They would remember themselves better. That's why kids grew up and go away. We want that to happen. What we're designing is a way for it to happen in the best and highest timeline. And we want it to happen the way we are guiding it instead of it happening to us. But yeah, what you're saying, bring it, bring it on. Let's vibe.

Yes, and I'm glad that you brought up uh the subject of um children because uh those who are listening might have children at various uh ages, and uh some of them might be so caught up in their daily school activities or extra curriculum activities, they watch videos, games. Um, so my suggestion is if you have an understanding um spouse, talk to them while the children are listening, or they can, you know, just speak at what you are saying, prepare their subconscious for what's coming. So when the event is uh upon us, then they won't be too scared or panicky.

Yes, and also I yeah, I love that. I love that so much. I was meditating on this because I have a lot of clients who who ask me about this question, you know, my my wife is not where I am, my husband's not where I am. How do I manage that? And I hear from the angels the answer, well, first of all, you know, we're all on our own journey. And something that they will always say is find ways. We're all teachers by example, we don't have to preach to each other. So find ways as a coupleship to show spirituality without you know being so on the nose. So when this major event happens and you want to be the person in your family that says, Don't don't follow that line, let's go back to our house. Well, how can you show how can you show that you are the the kind, peaceful leader now without having to wait for that moment? Well, think about that in your house. I mean, if if something, if one of your children is making a choice that you're not happy with, or your partner is, speak up about that now. Be the the peaceful authority figure now, so you're not all of a sudden saying, Oh, by the way, I need to be in charge in this moment. Do it now. And and it could be in ways like, hey, could you guys bring me a blanket? I'm kind of cold. That's that's that's asserting your love in a powerful way, right? It's not why sometimes you gotta do that, but not always.
